Arabic seating in a house that was not designed for it
A majlis does not need a purpose-built room. It needs walls. The upholstered units stand along them, and the set follows whatever line the room gives it. A fireplace, a bay window or a radiator simply marks where one section ends and the next begins.

Built for months indoors
